The maximum property capacity is 8 people. *Illicit/illegal substances and/or activities are not allowed on the property. *Fireworks and open fires (ones that are not in a provided fire pit) are not allowed anywhere in the community. * Lost key fobs for the community gate will incur a $50 fee * Prior to check-in we'll need to inform the main gate staff of your arrival, so we will be requesting from you your contact info & vehicle information to inform them. Please note we will need this info in order to have them allow you through the gate at check-in, thank you! * We ask that you be considerate of our cabin and adhere to Airbnb's Ground Rules for Guests. For example, please do not leave the cabin in a state that requires excessive cleaning; please put trash in designated receptacles; if you cause any damage please let us know as quickly as possible. It is often much easier and cost-effective to address things sooner rather than waiting to inform us after check-out. Guests assume all cleaning/damage fees necessary if rules are violated. ** We are open to elopements / small wedding ceremonies during your stay, with prior approval. (Primary purpose of your stay is for lodging; no big weddings or parties allowed). If an elopement / small wedding ceremony is permitted by prior arrangement with us, a separate Agreement with associated fees, terms and conditions will be provided. Absent prior agreement with us, hosting of any type of wedding event (including, but not limited to, a ceremony, a reception, a dinner gathering, a lunch) will result in Expedited Eviction Proceedings under North Carolina law and/or the imposition of penalty fees.

For initial access to the neighborhood, you'll need to obtain your visitor pass from the main gatehouse. If you arrive after 5:00pm and the gate is not staffed, you'll need to enter a code on the keypad for us to "buzz" you in. Once you arrive at the cabin, you'll be able to use the provided key cards if you need to leave and re-enter the community.
